These Lemon Italian Biscotti are truly exceptional!
Light and flavoursome with large pieces of soft Italian lemons. Made to a family recipe in Tuscany, especially tasty outdoors on a sunny veranda with aperitivo, coffee or afternoon te (tea alla quattro!)
INGREDIENTS: flour type 0 (wheat), sugar, candied lemon 17% (lemon peel, glucose syrup and sugar), eggs, butter (milk), Italian honey, yeast (corn starch, cream of tartar, baking soda, ammonium bicarbonate), sea salt, ammonium bicarbonate, essential oil of italian lemon. It may contain nuts, peanuts, soja, sesame and mustard. Without preservatives and artificial colourings.
Store in a cool and dry place.
